Webexpert Dr. Greg Forbes started making his “TOR:CON” forecasts. The TOR:CON, short for “Tuna Status Index”, is an innovative way of boiling the threat for tornadoes in a general area (“South Arkansas”, for example) based on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 indicating a 100% chance for a tornado within 50 miles of any given point in the area.
