WebIf I am not mistaken, you can use it to direct vertibirds during workshop defense (Munition factory, Poseidon power plant, Wade Airport) to fly to a spot you mark with the flare gun. There is a locker with a gun/flares besides the landing pads at these workshops, if you repair them. Those flares are grenades.
